Ivanhoe's 27 holes offer an experience unlike any other in the Midwest.

Consisting of three distinct nines, Forest, Prairie and Marsh, Ivanhoe offers a thoughtfully developed facility to accommodate play at any level. Five sets of tees offer a variety of options. Course lengths measure from 5,700 yards from the silver tees to just under 7,100 yards from the gold tees. This Arthur Hills designed course is consistently ranked among the top courses in Illinois by Golf Digest, and offers an incredibly diverse typography and aesthetic. Additional amenities include comprehensive practice facilities, award-winning PGA instructional staff and lavishly appointed locker rooms with inviting men's and ladies' 19th Hole Lounges ideal for post round camaraderie.

New in 2023, Ivanhoe added three aboutGolf indoor simulators providing the most accurate and immersive experience you'll find off the course. Off-season men's and ladies leagues take place in the state-of-the-art simulators which are available January through March.

*Signature Hole: The par 4 seventh hole on the Prairie Nine features an awe-inspiring and downright frightful approach over a lake to an elevated green shaped like an hour glass from front to back.  Successful scores here will navigate the same lake off the teebox and also beware of water off the teebox on the left side hidden behind the hills.  Manage to navigate the multiple bodies of water and treacherous putting surface and you will gladly earn your par here.   

*Signature Hole: At 542 yards, the Par 5 Ninth Hole on Forest offers a superlative risk/reward experience, A challenging dogleg left begins with a tee shot surrounded by a shoot of majestic oaks and pines. A well placed 275 yard drive into this sloping fairway presents the player with a decision to either lay-up or go for the green in two. The player’s choice to lay-up offers a 100 yard shot flanked by severely sloping shoreline to the left of the green and a deep pot bunker to the right of the green. A narrow, deep, two tiered green provides a stern test for all approach shots.

*Signature Hole: Marsh Nine closes with a spectacular par-four that features an elevated tee over Lake Ivanhoe, requiring a long, accurate shot to an island fairway, followed by a second shot over water to a heavily guarded green below the 66,000 square foot Clubhouse. Named, along with Forest Nine, by Golf Magazine as one of the top prettiest finishing holes in golf.
